Yes, we offer OEM & ODM customization services, including appearance color, printed logo and packaging. Please contact us for quotation and procedures.
The MOQ varies by model. The standard MOQ is 50–100 units. MOQ for customized items will be separate, please consult our sales team for details
We provide a 12-month warranty for the whole unit. Free repair or spare parts replacement is available for non-artificial damage within the warranty period.
We support PayPal, credit card, bank transfer and other cross-border payment methods. Final payment options will be stated in your order confirmation email.
International shipping normally takes 7–20 working days. Actual delivery time depends on destination country, customs clearance and shipping method you choose.
It works for flat-bottom pools with concrete, tile or PVC liner. Suitable water depth ranges from 0.8m to 3m. It is not recommended for pools with steep slopes or sharp stones.
All pool robots in our store are wireless battery-powered models. No power cord is required. Simply charge the unit fully before putting it into the pool for automatic cleaning.
Most models can climb and clean pool floors & walls, equipped with filter tray to trap dirt and leaves. Some models do not include surface skimming function, please confirm parameters before purchase.
